GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Starting Nov. 24, the BLM Carson City District will sell $5 Christmas tree permits online and in person that are valid through Dec. 25 — each permit allows cutting one pinyon pine or juniper on designated lands, with a limit of ten permits per person. Tree cutters must carry their permit and follow posted cutting rules to help prevent wildfires. News4
