FINANCE NEWS
- ➤ Carson City's CPA Kelly Bullis explains that the One Big Beautiful Bill Act now permanently disallows deductions such as mortgage interest on home equity debt and limits charitable contributions while capping gambling losses at 90% of winnings. His review notes that home energy credits will be repealed effective 2026 and a 3% deduction reduction for high-income taxpayers will resume then — changes that will impact many taxpayers.
