- ➤ City staff reported that Baily Pond at Fuji Park in south Carson City is under a Hazardous Algae Bloom Watch Advisory after dangerous algae were seen, and they advise park visitors to avoid contact with water where the algae have built up. - ➤ Carson City’s Open Space Advisory Committee voted to back two projects—one to build a three-mile trail connecting Centennial Park to Goni Road and another to create an outdoor classroom with accessible features near the Ambrose Carson River.
