- ➤ Construction is underway on the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Nevada’s fifth Smart Start center at 2805 Mountain St that will house up to 80 children from newborns to age 5 — the project upgrades a former law office by adding improved fire safety, new play structures and a laundry facility.
