- ➤ A Dayton man named Michael Parker was arrested after allegedly strangling his roommate and firing an AR-15 in a Dayton neighborhood on June 26, and deputies said he dropped his weapon after shots were fired + his injured roommate was taken to Carson-Tahoe Hospital. News4
- ➤ Carson City Sheriff’s Office arrested Ernst Waldermar Johnson V and Alayns Hotchkiss on June 26 in downtown in connection with the April 30 murder of Gilbert Lopez III, who was shot near the Blu Bull bar on Telegraph Street—Johnson faces charges of conspiracy and unlawful firearm and drug possession while Hotchkiss is charged as an accessory to a felony crime and for destroying evidence.
