- ➤ The Carson City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on April 30 at the Carson City Community Center (Robert Bob Crowell Board Room) to review proposals to convert a billboard to a digital display, allow an accessory dwelling unit, and abandon parts of Monitor Peak Street and South Pratt Avenue.
