The Parkinson Support Center of Northern Nevada is hosting events during Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Month to help locals learn about the disease and support the more than 5,000 people in our region living with Parkinson’s.
It will host an education series presentation on April 12, a veterans workshop on April 25 and a golf tournament on June 9 — while also offering community groups, a Mentor Program and educational videos.
