Two Carson High alumni, Jennifer Gray Minifee and Prim Walters, were selected for the NIAA Hall of Fame and will be inducted in Sparks on June 18; Minifee earned state basketball honors in 1990 and Walters led the team to three straight state titles.

Carson High baseball head coach Bryan Manoukian said his Senators are making progress this spring with young talent (including returning captain Ethan Cook) after a 4-2 win Tuesday at Greater Nevada Field, and the team plans to build on that momentum.
