- ➤ Carson Valley resident Mike Pegram bought Hobey’s Casino and Restaurant in Sun Valley for about $19 million after receiving approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission last month. His group plans to update the marketing and food services while adding 25 slot machines to create a more intimate casino experience. The Record Courier
