About this event

CoreAlign: Based on the Hoffman concept, this revolutionary new training system allows its users to optimize their bodies interconnection between stability and mobility. Stability in harmonious conjunction with mobility are the essential foundations of movement and performance. Provide your body with solid movement foundations to support your recreational and sporting aspirations. It also allows you to identify and address the weak links and compensatory movements that keep you in a cycle of re-injury or limit your progression.
